I've tested many customer support tools – Intercom, Tidio, HelpScout, LiveChat, Crisp, and many others. They all have the same problem – they’re overloaded with unnecessary features that only complicate and slow down the workflow. Fernand is the best tool I’ve ever tested. It has everything a modern customer support tool should have, but, most importantly, it’s designed to support work rather than complicate it. With its minimalist and beautifully designed interface, it’s a pleasure to use. Fernand makes daily work much simpler, more enjoyable, and, above all, faster. Plus, the price of $29 – in my opinion, the best and most transparent pricing in the industry. I wish every tool would take notes from Fernand’s design. For me, it’s an icon. Forget other tools, seriously.
